iTaste VV Vaporizer Review
There are a lot of oil pen vaporizers on the market today and it’s rare to find one that really stands out from the competition. Most of them feature the same basic design, but every once in awhile I come across one that really grabs my interest. That’s what happened with the iTaste VV Vaporizer. First of all, it looks awesome with a square design with slightly rounded edges. Made from solid zinc metal, it measures about four inches tall and ¾ inch wide. Even though it’s small, it’s solid and high quality. It has a nice backlit LED screen and control panel and it’s a very modern tech-friendly design.
Even though it looks awesome, it’s basically worthless unless it can perform. But that’s where the best news arrives. The iTaste VV goes above and beyond everything I expected from such a small pen vape. The first time I tried it, I was shocked at how quickly it heated the oil. When I took the first puff, it hit me hard and fast. Not only was it powerful, but it had a good smooth taste. Some pen vapes have a metallic flavor that is just gross, but this one didn’t.
Another big pro for this model is the variable voltage option. You can adjust the voltage from 3.3 to 5.0 volts and your wattage can be adjusted from 6 to 11 watts. This gives you a lot of customization options and the manual lays out exactly how to set your vape pen to get the perfect hit every time. The iTaste also features a convenient puff counter.
When you purchase the iTaste, it comes in a nice package that includes your basic unit and the charging cable. You can also purchase some extra attachments, which I highly recommend. They offer an herbal atomizer, concentrate atomizer, and an e-juice clearomizer. You can also get a neat bubbler or the glass bong attachment if that’s more your style. Personally, I really love the bubbler attachment. You just need a tiny amount of water and you get huge clouds of vapor with every puff. If you prefer to use a 3rd party attachment, that’s okay too. The iTaste is 510 threaded so those attachments should work just fine.
In terms of battery performance, it has a good solid performance. I can get dozens of hits from one charge. The power button has a color indicator so you can easily see how much charge is left by looking to see whether the button is green, yellow, or red. To charge this vape pen, you will use a micro USB port. Plus it features a passthrough power system so you can vape while it’s charging!
Overall, I give the iTaste a high rating because it features such a nice, solid design. It’s powerful and reliable and I like the variable voltage and wattage controls that allow you more customization. If you are in the market for an oil vape pen, this one is the way to go.
